Hi, I’m Layne—a licensed professional counselor, somatic skills educator, yoga & meditation teacher… and a mom of four.


I know how full life can feel—balancing family, work, and everything in between.


And I also know what it’s like to want to feel calm, present, and steady…but not always know how to get there in the moment.


This work is something I don’t just teach— it’s something I come back to in my own life, too.


With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families,
