Ways to work with us:
No fitness or yoga experience is necessary, and all ages and stages and abilities are welcome. Sessions can be completed in a chair if desired. Sessions prioritize inner work and self-compassion and acceptance.
Somatic Skills sessions provide a gentle, effective way to learn tools that support your mental health in everyday life. You'll gain insight into the mind-body connection, regulate your emotions, manage challenges, and deepen your self-understanding.
In each session, you’ll learn:
Through movement, breathwork, meditation, and inner exploration, you'll gain practical self-care tools that you can apply to your daily life. These sessions offer accessible, actionable coping skills to help you navigate life with more ease.
For children, our sessions are fun and playful, focusing on emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and building coping skills.
Hi, I’m Layne—a life-loving mother of four, Professional Counselor, Embodiment Coach, and Yoga Psychology & Meditation Teacher. I am passionate about helping individuals and families improve emotional regulation, balance their nervous systems, and cultivate connection through Somatic Skills, Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, and Counseling.
With 20 years of experience, I guide people toward healing, emotional resilience, self-compassion, and connection. I help people reconnect with their authentic selves, regulate their nervous systems, rewire trauma responses, balance their energy, and cultivate love. By integrating embodied healing, science, and intentional living, I empower people to create balance and raise the vibration of love in their bodies, hearts, families, and the world.
